Ethiopia Reshad Ababulgu

Ethiopia Reshad Ababulgu

Reshad Ababulgu’s coffee is a rarity we’re hoping we’ll become more common: an ultra-clean tasting natural process, traceable to a single farm in Ethiopia. Lively citrus fruits pair nicely with deeper blackberry and vanilla flavors to make an astounding cup, without a single hint of boozy ferment funk.

Jimma Zone, Agaro, Ethiopia

Ethiopia, as one of the most populous coffee producing countries, does not export much single farm coffees. Most farms are simply too small to produce enough quantity for export, and are thus blended into day lots at cooperative run processing stations. Jimma and Keffa Zones, in the west, land distribution has created larger farms, like Reshad’s, that reach the threshold to make direct export viable.
