We opened Elm because we love drinking and sharing great coffee. In partnership with incredible producers and importers, we purchase exceptional green coffee and roast it for you, our customers and wholesale partners. We believe that sincere hospitality and unpretentious service is just as important as great tasting coffee -- maybe even more important.

Brendan Mullally

Born and raised in Seattle, Brendan spent seven years working in coffee in New York City, including helping to open and manage Joe Pro Shop. In 2013, he headed back West to open a modern café and roastery built on a healthy obsession with great tasting coffee and welcoming service. He's happy to be home again, roasting and serving his favorite coffees in Pioneer Square.
