We currently roast and ship out online orders Mondays and Thursdays, with a 9am PST deadline each roast day. Subscriptions are roasted and shipped Monday.
Our favorite traditional pour-over brewer. With good technique, the v60 produces a superior cup to other pour over cones, but necessitates a gooseneck kettle for best results. We sell both the ceramic and plastic versions: the ceramic one feels fancier but the plastic one actually retains heat much better, producing a better cup.
