We currently roast and ship out online orders Mondays and Thursdays, with a 9am PST deadline each roast day. Subscriptions are roasted and shipped Monday.
This coffee comes from six different producers around Huehutenango: Erick Perez, Ader Recinos, Mynor Aguilar, Antonio Martinez, Tadeo Lopez, and Cruz Perez. This is an area where small farmers process and dry their own coffee, as opposed to selling red cherries to the local coyote. Selling dry parchment coffee allows smallholders like these to take the biggest piece of the pie possible.

This Highland Smallholders community lot is from 6 producers around Huehuetenango, namely from areas like El Chalum, Las Cuevas, and Hoja Blanca (These are villages in the department of Huehuetenango). This mixed varietals lot consists of all washed process coffees processed by the producers themselves ranging from 1610 - 1800 masl.
