We currently roast and ship out online orders Mondays and Thursdays, with a 9am PST deadline each roast day. Subscriptions are roasted and shipped Monday.
Our roasters will be on holiday break from December 23rd - 27th. Our last roast will be December 19th. We will begin roasting again December 30th. Happy holidays!
