Grown at a staggering 2250 masl in the hills of San Bosco, Nariño, this lot from Alirio Muñoz is a beautiful example of why we keep coming back to this region. This coffee bursts with notes of white peach, blood orange, and strawberry, wrapped in the sweetness and structure we love from high-elevation Colombian coffees.

Alirio and his wife Fernanda have spent the last decade transforming their farm, El Aguacate, into a place for thoughtful experimentation and quality-focused production. This caturra and castillo lot undergoes an extended fermentation process with carefully selected ripe cherries, monitored fermentation stages, and slow drying over several weeks. The result is a coffee with sparkling fruit character, layered sweetness, and a remarkably clean finish.
