Subscriptions FAQ
When are subscriptions roasted/shipped?
We roast all of our subscription orders every Sunday and ship them out Monday.
CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC COFFEE IN MY CLUB SUBSCRIPTION?
We're happy to fulfill occasional requests for subscriptions, but we sometimes have special releases that aren't viable for us to send out as Club orders.
What if my order is missing/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us if anything goes wrong with your subscription and we will be happy to make it right!
How are subscriptions shipped?
We send out our subscriptions via USPS, First Class Mail for single bags, Priority Mail for multiple bags.
