Lazaro and Daniel Constanza are
brothers who grow coffee.
Hermanos Constanza is a blend of the brothers' two farms in Huehuetenango, and their coffee production is an operation for the entire family. Daniel's farm in El Paraíso is right by his father Jesús's, who started the whole family's coffee growing enterprise in the first place, and while Daniel lives in the U.S. to work, his wife Mary Matias Villatoro manages it in his absence. They all have a keen eye for quality coffee, making sure only ripe coffee is picked and carefully managing the fermentation process.
We are excited to serve an amazing coffee from these brothers for the second year in a row. This coffee has a ripe peach and apricot flavor, rounded out by nougat and caramel. We love Guatemalan coffees for their elegance and the way you want to finish the whole cup.
